texting is it’s simply that you can text them type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of immediately and after that I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually handy for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
